What Are EMFs?

Wireless devices such as your mobile phone, WiFi router, computer mouse, keyboard, laptop, printer, Bluetooth-enabled tech, and so on are the biggest offenders. While many of these are likely essential to your work, you can make some changes.  For example, if you operate from a laptop, you can choose to hardwire it to your router rather than using the WiFi network for an internet connection. Consider restricting your laptop usage to your desk only; avoid setting the device directly on your lap.
